Warm Pineapple Smoothie

Yields  3 Cups

NOTE: The warmth comes from the amount of grated ginger.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ -1 Avocado
  • 1-2 inches of Cucumber, peeled
  • 1 Handful of Kale, Lettuce or Watercress
  • 1-3 cups of Water, Coconut Water
  • 2 TB Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS

Combine the ingredients in a blender, grating in the ginger last.
