I am an accomplished chef /nutritionist with more than 25 years’ experience preparing food and teaching cooking classes on a professional level. This knowledge and skill unite to make great tasting, healthy food. Yes, “healthy” can taste good! I provide weekly prepared meals, small intimate dinner parties and offer online cooking classes, both one-on-one and for groups.
