Brilliant Butternut Squash Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango cut into chunks
- 1 cup butternut squash
- 1 handful baby kale
- 1-2 cups coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water
- 1 pear
- 4 sprigs Mint, leaves only
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- (Optional) crushed ice
