Orange Avocado Smoothie

Yields  1 Serving


  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 oranges (zested & peeled)
  • 1 carrot (medium sized)
  • 1 cup of water, milk or coconut milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey
  • crushed ice


  1. Scrape avocado flesh into a blender along with the orange zest and segments.
  2. Peel and shred the carrots, add liquid of choice, honey and ice.
  3. Pulse until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency

Chocolately Ginger Smoothie

Yields 2 Cups

  • 2  bananas
  • I inch ginger (grated)
  • 1-2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1-2 cups of coconut water (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup of crushed ice (if desired)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon, or allspice, or cardamom (optional)

Mix all together in a blender

Green Mango Smoothie

Yields 2 Cups


  • 1 mango cut into chunks
  • 1 orange (clementine or mandarins)
  • 4 sprigs of mint, leaves only
  • 1-2 cups of coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 handful of baby kale
  • 1 pear
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • (Optional) crushed ice


 Combine all ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth.
